So much for tools and technology – digital transformation can only be successful if people take center stage. What executives need to keep in mind to make the transformation a success. Digitization is in full swing, but the expertise for a coherent strategy is missing? Many companies are in good company with this. In a study by market research company Lünendonk, only 14 percent of the companies surveyed said they developed digitization strategies themselves – all the others resorted to external help.
